The Referral Information & Support Hub (TRISH)

About TRISH:

TRISH is a centralised service for primary care in North Kirklees and Wakefield to facilitate informed patient choice discussions and book specialist care appointments

It is one of the key components of the local approach to Referral Support the others of which are 'OSCAR' which provides a single source of localised advice and guidance and the 'Referral Portal,' a new software which supports practices to seamlessly submit referrals from SystmOne/EMIS to TRISH

TRISH will be launched in a phased manner across North Kirklees and Wakefield. It will begin in nominated pilot practices in October 2017 and as the capability and capacity of the service is tested and made fit for purpose, it will be expanded to more practices and clusters/networks. The current aim is to have TRISH rolled-out in all practices by January 2018. The CCG will be engaging with patients and will continue to keep practices informed on progress and timeline updates.
